What Are All-on-4 and All-on-6?

All-on-4 and All-on-6 are treatment methods in which all the teeth in one jaw are replaced with a fixed prosthesis supported by 4 or 6 implants. Placing the rear implants at an angle helps make better use of the available bone, which, in suitable patients, can reduce the need for extensive bone surgery.

At our clinic, treatment is prepared with 3D CBCT tomography and digital planning; where indicated, the implants are placed with a surgical guide. For eligible patients, a fixed provisional prosthesis is delivered on the same day, and the final prosthesis is completed after the bone has integrated with the implants. Internationally recognised systems such as Straumann and Nobel Biocare are used.

The Treatment Process Step by Step

Step 1

Examination and 3D CBCT

Bone structure and the position of nerves and sinuses are assessed through clinical examination and 3D tomography, and the suitable method is determined.

Step 2

Digital Planning

Implant positions and angles and the design of the prosthesis are planned on the computer; a surgical guide is prepared when needed.

Step 3

Surgery and Provisional Prosthesis

The implants are placed according to the plan. For eligible patients, a fixed provisional prosthesis is delivered on the same day.

Step 4

Healing and Final Prosthesis

After the bone has integrated with the implants, the final fixed prosthesis is completed and a regular check-up and maintenance plan is set up.
